How do deposits, cancellations and rebookings work?

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice from RAD+REISEN, a deposit of 20% per person must be paid. When booking via our website, the deposit must be paid during the booking process. The balance must be paid at the earliest 20, but no later than 15 days before departure. You will receive the detailed travel documents step by step after receipt of the remaining amount. 

You can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip, but in the event of withdrawal certain cancellation fees are due (according to the General Terms and Conditions).

Changes within the booked trip are possible up to 28 days before departure for a rebooking fee (€50). Rebooking to another trip is only possible by canceling (according to the cancellation conditions) and then rebooking.
