Our first cycling tour, but not the last!!!!!
It was our first cycle tour holiday, but it won’t be the last!
We are very satisfied with the experience. Since the first contact we took with Rad & Reisen, we have been very well attended by all the consultors with great patience. All the organisation of the trip as also the documentation was excellent. Most of the hotels were wonderful from the reception till the next day of departure. We only found quality and kindness in all the staying except in HOTEL MOSER in Pöchlarn. We tried very hard to find something positive in this Hotel (because of all the good experience in all the hotels we have been during our stay), but were really not capable due to what we experienced in this one.
The guests do not have the impression to be very welcomed at the moment of entrance (apparently we were not the only ones, who felt it). The room was very small for three people, the mattress had insects, the bathroom had no light and while having a shower the room was almost underwater, the room door was not very well adjusted so everytime someone of the hotel opened a door our was clambing (we couldn’t sleep), breakfast was not precisely delightful, food wasn’t fresh and the lady who was responsible of it did not have her best day, the bikes were all stappled in a small room (about hundred) it was difficult to get ours in the morning without taking out the other bikes. All in all, we are sorry to tell you that we have not the need to ever stay in this hotel again.
Overall we are very happy to have enjoyed a wonderful trip through this part of Austria in which you took indirectly part to have made it wonderful. Thank you very much Rad & Reisen
