Tour: RO - Danube Delta bike & boat

This was a wonderful trip. I loved the cycling, the country was beautiful, and the guides were the best. Can't wait to try another cycling tour.

Tour: A - Danube Cycle Path Light

The tour was extremely well organized, the bikes were very good and the information package was excellent. Hotels were excellent as well and the legendary scenery with its villages and castles were all that we expected.
If we take another cycle tour we will certainly consider Rad and Reisen.

Tour: A - Danube Cycle Path Anniversary Tour

Really enjoyable and memorable trip with varied scenery, lots of interesting culture and friendly people the whole way. Everything worked very well apart from some minor issues about finding hotels (notably Krems and Vienna). All the hotels were fine but the standouts were probably the Achat in Passau (modern but very friendly), the Gasthof Kirchenwirt in Bad Kreuzen (old-fashioned and cosy) and the ultra-modern Trend Messe in Vienna. Highlights included the forests and river scenery e.g. around Schloegen, the fascinating city of Linz, the vineyards and orchards of the Wachau, and entering Vienna along the Danube canal.

Lots to see, pleasant hotels, interesting scenery, some excellent visits. Half board worked well, although more options would be nice (too many schnitzels!). Bikes were good and reliable *apart from dynamo lights, which failed on both bikes just when we needed them (entering Vienna in the evening)*. Many thanks to Rad & Reisen for faultless organisation.

Tour: HR - Kvarner Bay by bike & boat

Just a quick to thank Angela and the team for an excellent vacation.

This tour was amazing!!!. Everything went off without a hitch -without ever speaking or meeting Angela in person!!

The weather was perfect, bikes were in top shape, food and company (for one of 2 english speaking travellers) could not have been better!!!

I would highly recommend this tour and Angela for her work!

I am already looking forward to going again next year!

Tour: D - Lake constance Roundtrip classic

We had a wonderful time on the eight day tour of the Lake Constance area we booked through you and Rad & Reisen.

Your help in booking the tour and making it fit our needs was prompt, courteous and professional.

The bikes we rented were of high quality, in good repair and well- fitted. I was particularly happy that pannier bags, lights and a speedometer were provided. One small suggestion: please see if you could also include a bracket for water bottles.

The hotels you booked for us were clean, beautiful, and centrally located. All had staffs that were professional and spoke English.

And last but not least cycling the Lake Constance area is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful . . .

We booked the seven day, three-star package and added a day in Diesenhofen so we could take in the waterfall near Schaffhausen. It was a spectacular day, I urge anyone thinking of adding it to their itinerary to do so. But every day of the trip featured many scenic and historic places.

We had only one minor problems on our ride. I lost our itinerary book and the Rad & Reisen staff was fast and efficient in printing out a replacement and delivering it to me.

After I am through editing the hundreds of photos we took I will send you a link to them.
