BRATISLAVA

Tuesday evening, City Tour with Oldtimer Ride and Citywalk
Bratislava and Vienna, the two TwinCities, are the center of the Europe region Centrope. This guided tour is the ideal chance to get to know the cultural, economic and political center of Slovakia.  The Oldtimer picks you up at the harbour. Along the old City wall, Palais Grassalkovich and the Panska Street the train takes you up to the castle. During a short photo stop you may enjoy the view over the city before the Oldtimer takes you back to the oldcity. The Oldtimer ride ends at the Opera House. From here your guide takes you on a walk along more sights of Bratislava:  the main square,the Michael's gate, the historical streets with numerous palaces and burgher-houses as well as St. Martin´s Cathedral, the monastery of the Merciful Brothers and the Old Townhall. Crossing the new bridge we arrive at the harbour where the tour ends. Tour route subject to changes.

BUDAPEST

Wednesday evening, Budapest by night by bus
Budapest - "The Queen of the Danube" is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. The Danube flows through the heart of the City and divides it into the districts Buda and Pest. First the bus takes you through the city center to Heroes' Square (approx. 30 min), where you have time to visit the Millennium Monument and statues of hungarian kings. The bus takes you further along the Opera house, St. Stephens and the House of Parliament to Castle district on the other side of the Danube. During an one hour walk you will see Matthias Church and Fishermen's Bastion. On Gellért Hill, reached after 15 minutes by bus you will be impressed by the beautiful view on the river and its coast - the Parliament and the numerous bridges. The tour ends back at the ship. This tour includes passages of walking.

Wednesday afternoon, City Tour by bike
You can also experience Budapest by bike. Accompanied by an experienced bike guide you will visit: the Parliament, Margret's bridge and Margret's island. Visit the impressive Castle quarter, ride on the chain bridge to the Heroes' Square. Move on across Andrássy Avenue to the City Park and back to the City Center.

VIENNA

Friday afternoon, City Tour by bus
Vienna is Austria's capital, which impresses all visitors. You start your excursion at the ship landing stage and pass all those numerous and  famous sights, which are situated in the old center as well as along the big Boulevard, called Ringstraße. Opera house, City Hall, Parliament, University, Imperial Palace are a memorable experience, which will enthuse you. Visit St. Stephens Cathedral or one of the typical Austrian coffee houses.

Friday afternoon, City Tour by bike
Discover Vienna in a very special way! By bike you will experience all those famous sights from a new and completely different point of view.  Some of the highlights are: the State Opera, Johann Strauß Monument in the City Park, the Hofburg - the winter residence of the Habsburgs (the family that ruled Vienna and half of Europe for over 600 years), the Rathaus (town hall), and - of course - St. Stephan's Cathedral, Vienna's most famous landmark. The ideal way to see Vienna. Easy route on bike paths or streets with little traffic. Frequent stops for taking pictures! The tour ends at the St. Stephan´s Cathedral.

Friday night: Waltz- and Operetta Concert at a traditional Viennese Wine Taverne
Enjoy a successful blend of Viennese Waltz, Operetta and traditional Viennese Heurigen Culture. Dressed in colorful costumes the musicians entertain their audience with a selection of famous waltz melodies, polkas and romantic arias & duets from operettas such as " The Bat ", The Gipsy Baron " or " The Merry Widow"! Bustransfer, a glass of wine and some traditional snacks included.

WACHAU


Saturday noon: wine tasting

Wine tasting in Weißenkirchen in the historical "Alten Salzstadln" from the 17th century; you taste different kinds of typical and regional wines like "Grüner Veltliner Federspiel", "Riesling Federspiel", "Zweigelt" and "Rösler" - including a typical bread specialty, the "Wachauer Laberl"!
