A bike tour from Brittany to Normandy along the imposing Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. Discover "Malouinieres" - medieval manors in the mystic countryside, and enjoy one of the most beautiful coast lines of France. Tour profile:

Mostly you cycle on side roads with little traffic, some short uphill stretches.

Day 1: Saint-Malo

Individual arrival.

Day 2: Saint-Malo - Dol de Bretagne (approx. 40 km/25 miles)

You cycle along the river Rance to the little harbour of Saint Suliac before you reach Mont Dol, a bizarre granite dome dominating the plain.

Day 3: Dol de Bretagne - St. Brice-en-Cogles (approx. 57 km/35 miles)

Visit the dome of Broualan, built in the 15th century and bike through the forests of Villecartier and Antrain, where the rivers Loysance and Couesnon unite.

Day 4: Circiut de Fougéres (approx. 55 km/34 miles)

Discover the landscape of the Coglais with granite-built houses, the sleepy villages of St. Marc-le-Blanc, Le Tiercent and Baillé and admire the fortress of Fougères before you return to St. Brice en-Cogles.

Day 5: St. Brice-en-Cogles - Beauvoir (approx. 58 km/36 miles)

Today's stretch leads you to the border between Brittany and Normandie and on to St. James, well known ior its woollen drapers in former times. You continue to Ducey and follow the river Sélune to the highlight of this tour- the Bay of Mont Saint Michel. Your hotel is located near Mont Saint-Michel.

Day 6: Beauvoir - Cancale (approx. 40 km/25 miles)

Enjoy the unforgettable view of Mont Saint Michel, also titled "Miracle of the Occident". Take your time to visit the monastery, the fortresses and the famous "Grande Rue" (Main street). Cancale has much to offer: famous cuisine, panoramic views from the coastal paths and his famous port.

Day 7: Cancale - Saint-Malo (approx. 25 km/16 miles)

You cycle along the Côte d'Emerauld (Emerald Coast) with its beaches and cliffs. Passing sleepy villages as Anse Du Guesclin, Pointe du Meinga and Rothéneuf you return to Saint-Malo.

Day 8: Saint-Malo

Individual departure or extension.
