Most of the time on bike paths, some field stretches, flat;

Day 1: Cottbus

Individual arrival.

Day 2: Cottbus - round trip (approx. 60 km/37 miles)

Cycle tour to the Fürst-Pückler-Park Branitz with pyramides and castle and the Peltzer lagoon landscape with the biggest associated lagoon area of Germany. 

Day 3: Cottbus - Burg (approx. 50 km/31 miles)

Today you can visit in Burg the wendish/german double church Vetschau and the Slawenburg in Raddusch. Burg is a very beautiful village.

Day 4: Burg - Lübben (approx. 45 km/28 miles)

At todays tour you discover the colony Burg with its three districts Burg-Dorf, Burg-Kolonie and Burg Kauper. The path continues to Straupitz. There the Schinkelchurch with its two towers is a must see. You get the chance for a short visit before you continue your tour to the last working threefoldly mill in europe. You also get the chance to taste some of the linseed oil which is produced here. Next stop is todays target Lübben with the Paul-Gerhard-Church, the castle and the castle island.

Day 5: Lübben - Burg (approx. 45 km/28 miles)

Today you cycle from Lübben over Lübbenau to Lehde where the Spreewald is most original. 300 natural watercourses, wide fields and beautiful farms can be seen. In Lehde you should definitly visit the Freilandmuseum.

Day 6: Burg - Cottbus (approx. 30-50 km/19-31 miles)

Forenoon a two hour rowing boat tour is waiting for you. Enjoy the silence and dispassionateness - this is really relaxing and a perfect start for the day. On your way to Cottbus you stop in the stork village  Dissen with its Heimatmuseum. It has a very interesting exhibition about the life of the farmers in this region.

Day 7: around the reservoir Spremberg (approx. 60 km/37 miles)

On the Spree cycle path zur Kutzeburger mill and round the Spremberg barrier lake. Break at the Bagenzer beach - opportunity to swim!

Day 8: Cottbus

individual departure or having an extra night in Cottbus.
