Day 1: Brussels

Individual arrival to the multi-cultural city Brussels. Take a look at the statue of Manneken Pis and the Atomium.

Day 2: Brussels - Mechelen (approx. 65 km / 40 miles)

Flemish-Brabant and its regions "Green Belt" and "Hageland" surprise with an idyllic landscape of meadows, woods and wineyards. From the provincial capital Leuven a cycle path goes to the historical city of arts Mechelen.

Day 3: Mechelen – Bornem (approx. 35 km / 22 miles)

Today's trip is along the rivers Rupel and Schelde. The bridge of Schelde is the longest bridge of Belgium (365 m).

Day 4: Bornem – Ghent (approx. 65 km / 40 miles)

Gent, the capital of East Flanders combines history and lively presence, it's the imposing final of today's stretch. The most famous attraction is the medieval Castle of the Counts.

Day 5: Ghent – Bruges (approx. 50 km / 32 miles)

Cycling through the wide Flemish plains, along small channels you reach the fascinating, old city Bruges, which is also called "Venice of the North".

Day 6: Bruges – De Haan - Bruges (approx. 60 km / 37 miles)

The cycle route leads you through the "Polder", a characteristic wide and untouched landscape, which is one of the most beautiful areas of western flanders. At the endless sand beaches and dunes of the northern sea cost you'll have some time to relax.

Day 7: Bruges
