Danube Cylce Path Vienna - Bratislava
The Danube Cycle Path does not end in Vienna, going East begins the fascinating landscape of the Pannonian lowlands. The wonderful nature reserve “Au” hides one of the last primeval forests of Europe. Bratislava enchants with a lovingly restored old city center and countless sights.

Paved cycle paths, flat. Suitable also for beginners and children!
VERSION 1: 2 days/1 night
Day 1: Vienna - Bratislava (approx. 42 km + Train)
You leave the big city atmosphere and dive into the pure nature and quietness of the "Donauauen" national park. A passage with a little ferry may become an adventure (not incl.). During the short ride with the train you have a little recovery time. Back on the bike path you cycle to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.
Day 2: Bratislava - Vienna
Individual departure per public bus or extension.
VERSION 2: 3 days/ 2 nights
Day 1: Vienna - Region Bad Deutsch Altenburg (approx. 46 km)
Follow the dam cycle paths through the "Donauauen" national park.
Day 2: Region Bad Deutsch Altenburg - Bratislava (approx. 21 km)
You quickly reach the border city of Hainburg and through the impressive nature reserve, you continue directly to Bratislava.
Day 3: Bratislava - Vienna
Individual departure per public bus or extension.
