Tour Profile:

Level 1; the path is completely paved, flat, almost always directly along the river bank, very suitable also for beginners and children.

Day1: Passau

Individual arrival. Use the remaining time on a city tour or get to know the “City of Three Rivers” on a boat cruise (not included) or simply go for a walk through the picturesque old part of town. Bike hand over between 4 p.m and 7 p.m - for late arrivals on the next morning.
Your hotel: IBB Passau **** A comfortable city hotel located at the cycle path. The hotel is not far away from the old part of the town. Swimming pool, Sauna and a beautiful hotel bar with a summer terrace.

Day 2: Passau – Linz, River cursie to Schlögen, approx. 52 km

Meeting at approx 8 amfor information and bike-handover. The Upper DAnube Valley with its steep and wooded slopes is almost untouched and idyllic. You catch the ship to Schlögen and continue on through the impressive Danube loop, where the river makes an about turn of 180 degrees. You cycle through the Eferdinger basin to Linz, the Upper Austrian capital. Enjoy the summer evening with a shopping tour in the charming old part of town.
Your hotel: Arcotel Nike Linz**** An impsoing city hotel directly at the Danube and only a few steps away from the main square. The hotel has an Indoor pool,Sauna as well as a beautiful Panorama Restaurant.

Day 3: Linz - Grein , approx. 60 km

Don´t miss a city tour in Linz before you continue to the Strudengau. Visit Enns, the oldest city of Austria. Don´t miss the Grein Maritime Museum and the oldes theatre in Austira.

Day 4: Grein - Wachau , approx. 52 km+ river cruise Melk-Krems

Then continue cycling through Ybbs-Persenbeug and Maria Taferl until you reach Emmersdorf, home of the gateway to the Wachau. ON the other side of the Danube is the mangnificient monastery of Melk and is observed from afar, but not without a lasting impression. Enjoy the ship ride to Krems.

Day 5: Wachau - Tulln , approx. 41 km

Starting the day by biking through a spectacular, landscape with steep rock walls, sun-kissed terraced vineyards, beautifully blooming orcahrds, quaint villages, dignified monasteries and authentic castles, take advantage of all the splendid panoramic outlooks, until you reach Tulln.

Day 6:  Tulln – Vienna, approx. 35km

The goal in mind you cycle cosy along the Tullnerfield. Approaching Vienna you will have a fantastic view of the skyline, far away from the fast paced city and all the traffic. Vienna is a city that loves its music and food. Discover the historic city center with all its sights and munuments.

Day 7 : Departure

Including train ride back to Passau or extended stay in Vienna.
